Description

1 x bottle in pristine condition, level, label & capsule are perfect.

The red wines of Jasper Hill are highly regarded, much sought after & very collectable for their long cellaring.
Georgia's Paddock is the largest of the Jasper Hill Vineyards, planted to Shiraz to produce a wine rich in character & complexity.The 2012 is
a shining example of balance & finesse, combining youthful scents of Cassis & toasty oak with floral elements. There's ample weight & texture yet silky elegance at the same time, while already complex notes of Orange Pekoe & Blackcurrant are sure to gain even more with 5 or 10 years of cellaring.
Strong crimson colour, a through bred from start to finish. The fruit aromas of spicy red & black fruits swing smoothly into the supple, gentle, mouth filling fruits of the palate. It is luscious, but not extravagantly so, its tannins perfectly judged, oak likewise. In all, a wonderful Heathcote experience.

Direct deposit is preferred, although paypal is accepted a 5% fee will be added to the final invoice
