Classic northern Rhone Syrah from a good and very underrated vintage (perhaps the only area in France with a successful vintage?). Ideal stage of maturity?

"After a hot summer followed by rain at harvest, this "miracle" vintage produced many gorgeous Northern Rhône Syrahs. Balanced, racy, elegant, fresh and sweet-tasting, with smooth tannins. Medium-bodied, with aromasof leather, roasted nuts, plum and wood smoke bringing a complexity that seduces."

"dark; red meat, dark and full bouquet, the animal edges will appear, ripeness there, moving quite fast with age, has shaken off oak. Deep, dark cooked plum fruit on an impressive attack.
