1 x 75cl Sherwin Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon - Spring Mountain District, Napa Valley
The winery was started 30 years ago and has a great back story (sherwinfamilyvineyards.com). From the very good 2005 vintage this is rich and deep and the wine will age for another 15-20 years, and is already developing fantastic characteristics with the tannins and fruit melding nicely. 93pts Wine Spectator, 95pts Cellar Tracker

1 x 75cl Bugay Vineyards "The Empress" Cabernet Sauvignon - Sonoma County
This wonderful Napa version of a Bordeaux blend is welcome to our list. The label states Cabernet Sauvignon but therein lies a blend. 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, 9% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. All grapes come from the estates own vineyards on the south slope of The Mayacamas Mountain in Sonoma County. 90pts Cellar Tracker
