The Australian wine auction house Langtons, in association with Christies', recently revised their respected "Classification of Distinguished Australian Wine", which is based upon similar fundamentals to Bordeaux's 1855 classification - Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon was deemed in the highest category - "outstanding". Mirroring the Bordeaux greats, Moss Wood has now evolved the Cabernet blend to include small amounts of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The 2007 vintage has a deep brick red hue and typical Cabernet Sauvignon fruit aromas with dark chocolate, cigar box and spice.

This wine is luxuriously full bodied, with mouth filling red and blue fruit flavours and benefits from being left to breathe. Enjoy with most red meat and hard cheeses.
