A rare, estate-bottled example from one of Chablis’ most respected Premier Cru vineyards. Fourchaume is known for producing fuller-bodied, mineral-driven wines with ageing potential, and this 1991 vintage, made by grower-producer Jacques Carré, is a testament to traditional Chablis craftsmanship.

Despite a challenging year, careful vineyard selection and small-scale production have allowed some 1991s to mature gracefully. This bottle has been stored in excellent conditions in a private cellar and offers a unique opportunity to experience the evolution of a classic Premier Cru Chablis after more than three decades.
