Description

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually for 25 kg boxes and transported immediately to the cellar where they were stored in the cold room for 24 hours. Grape selection and pneumatic pressing and decantation followed. The alcoholic fermentation was initiated in a stainless steel tank with selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wort was transferred to 500L barrels. The wine was kept in contact with fine lees.

Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
Citrous yellow colour. Honey, walnut, pineapple, with a slight scent of wood Nicely balanced, a fresh and fruity taste with a prolonged finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying horizontally temperature around 13ºC and humidity 60%

Food Pairing:
Serve with white meat dishes or seasoned fish, seafood and risotto.
