Recently removed from a professional temperature controlled cellar. Bottles in very good condition, firm corks, good fill levels with no signs of seepage.

Angludet 1995 is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the Margaux area of Bordeaux. Home to the Sichel family since 1961, Château Angludet is one of the oldest properties in the Médoc, with a history dating back to the 12th century. Although officially a Cru Bourgeois property, Angludet now regularly produces wines of Grand Cru Classé quality. On the 1995 vintage, In contrast to the powerful, tannic 1996, the 1995 is a silky, supple, charming, forthcoming wine that is well above its Cru Bourgeois classification. The colour is a healthy saturated deep ruby/purple, and the wine offers up gobs of jammy black fruits intermixed with subtle herbs, spice, and toast. In the mouth, the wine displays excellent richness, a layered, medium-bodied personality, well-disguised tannin and acidity, and a hedonistic mouth-feel. A sleeper of the vintage."
