Description

Two bottles in very good condition with excellent levels.

I haven't drunk this wine myself for a long while, but recent notes on Cellartracker suggest this wine has reached a very good place at the moment. eg:

Pale garnet, deeper in the core. The nose is bright, ripe and full of bramble fruit. Much sweeter and more primary than previous bottles, the palate is supple, juicy and almost a bit jammy with only a touch of the dusty, leathery notes I expected on the spicy finish. Unexpected and really good."

Proved a fitting back up bottle to the disappointing Pallieres for shepard's pie and the last of the garden peas on a cool Seattle evening."
