Description

Remembered for the extreme Spring frost and challenging conditions later in the vintage. The 1991 Wines have all but disappeared and with many chateau not even making a wine. 

Chateau Montrose is rightly regarded as one of the very few successes of the vintage, having many of Its vines lying next to the river and thus protecting them from the severe cold. 

Not a blockbuster wine, but very classical in style, smooth and delicate and in this fine condition is a rare addition to any collection.
