Bottle 772/1520

 

From one of the most prestigious Bordeaux wine producers comes this Eau de Vie made from five noble varieties of plums. Prune d'Alsace, Mirabelle de Metz, Mirabelle de Nancy, Reine-Claude and Prune d'Ente. All the fruit is hand-harvested on the estate and double distilled in a copper still. The liquid undergoes a maturation process in barrels and demijohns for 15 years, developing a rich and multi-layered flavour.
