At E J Bartholomew wines we specialise in importing unique wines from the Loire Valley that are exclusive to us in the UK.
We work with small independent, family owned wineries that have a passion for Organic and Biodynamic production.

Faucon Noir,

A hearty red that has spent 3 years in barriques within the ancient cellars of Domaine Du Pas. A magnificently powerful nose of blackcurrant and cassis with aromas of toast, smoke and black pepper. With soft grippy tannins adding great structure to the wine this would pair with hearty game fare, such as venison with a port and chocolate sauce and any other red meats that you can fit on your banqueting table.
