Description

Combes Aux Moines is a well drained premier cru vineyard, primarily limestone and clay, from high on the Gevrey hillside. Fourrier owns a 0.87 ha plot, planted in 1928 and the 2007 is fully mature and drinking beautifully.

These bottles were purchased en-primeur from a UK merchant and have been well stored in a combination of my spiral cellar and temperature controlled wine cabinets since being taken out of bond.

They have very good fill levels and are in excellent overall condition (see photographs).
