Description

Psi is made by Peter Sisseck of Pingus and Flor Pingus fame.

PSI is a joint project based on fruit produced by local grape growers from old tempranillo vines. The goal is to help grape producers and save old vines. The project was founded in 2006 and the first vintage was 2007. Grape growers are encouraged to employ biodynamic or organic vineyard management practices.

Jancis Robinson rates this 17/20 (Drink 2012 - 2018). There is a full write up on her purple pages website if you have membership access(I don't!).

It gets an average score of 90 on Cellartracker and 91 on Winesearcher.

Both capsule and label are in perfect condition.

As this is my first auction on Bid for Wine and I have no feedback yet, if on receipt of the wine you are not happy with its condition I will happily refund.
