20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier with 12 to 14% being reserve wines.
The dosage is typically around 11 grams per lite and Grand Brut benefits from 2 years cellar maturation.
The oldest brut champagne, first introduced in 1856.
Food pairing: Chicken breast, grapefruit and young leeks.
