A rare and beautifully mature German Riesling, this 1959 Spätlese from Georg Garst’s historic Lerchelberg vineyard offers an extraordinary glimpse into decades-long ageing potential.

Founded in the early 20th century in Abenheim (Rheinhessen), the Garst estate has garnered respect for its traditional Rieslings from single-vineyard sites. Though less widely cited than some of the grander names, bottles of this age from Garst are extremely rare and prized by seasoned collectors.

Excellent bottle condition with pristine label and capsule; fill level in neck. Provenance from well-maintained private cellar.

A vertical gem, a 65-year-old German Riesling from a recognised terroir, representing a niche, high-end collectible for serious Riesling aficionados.
