Blend & Winemaking
This iconic rosé is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir (sourced across ten crus in Montagne de Reims, many Grand Cru), employing the rare saignée (maceration) method. Grapes macerate 48–72 hours before fermentation, followed by a minimum of 60 months on lees, creating its delicate structure and aromatic depth .
