Description

Three bottles stored in my underground Victorian cellar. A top white CDR produced originating from grapes from 45-year old vines grown on sandy soil with round polished stones, located on the lieu-dit “Les Garrigues”.

Yellow robe The nose has a gentle crabapple aroma, neat and stylish. The palate is free flowing, very stylish, with its richness well modulated, ends with an orb-like feel, light grip, is very tuneful and has just enough freshness to handle the Viognier. It’s well in the zone now, ends in compact manner, a note of tannin. Drink to 2027-28 (Oct 2022)
