Vinification
The grapes are macerated, with full skin contact, for 27 days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation occurs naturally. The wine is then matured for 14 months in new small oak barrels.


Tasting Notes
Named after Ca’del Bosco’s owner and winemaker. The wine is bright ruby red in colour. Clean, elegant and intense with warm aromas of black cherry, chocolate, plum jam, vanilla and hints of liquorice. 13.5% vol.
