Improvement techniques: Stimulated cordon with planting density of 5,000-6,000 plants Ha. Yield per hectare 50 q
Ageing: 15 months in French oak barrels and a minimum of 8 months in the bottle
Aroma: rich, with intense notes of small red fruits, jam, spices, leather and vanilla
Taste: full-bodied wine, with well-balanced tannins, the finish is long and pleasantly spicy.
Pairings: its elegance and smoothness allow the classic pairings with sausages, red meats and aged cheeses. Ideal with truffle. Serve at 16-18°C.
Aging potential: 20-25 years
