The 2010 Nyetimber 1086 Rosé is the pinnacle of the estate's winemaking. It holds the distinction of being part of the first ever "prestige cuvée" range produced in England, designed to compete directly with the world’s most elite Champagnes. 

• Blend: Approximately 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. 
• Aging: Spent 5 to 6 years on the lees (yeast) before disgorgement, followed by additional time under cork to develop complexity.
• Dosage: Low (Brut), typically around 8 g/L, maintaining a crisp, "crystalline" backbone. 
• ABV: 12%. 

Tasting Notes
The 2010 vintage is celebrated for its elegance and "silky" texture. 
• Appearance: A delicate sunset-pink or "pale tomato" hue with fine, persistent bubbles. 
• Aroma: Lifted notes of redcurrant, wild strawberry, and cassis, layered with sophisticated hints of shortcrust pastry, honey, and floral white rose.
• Palate: It features a "crunchy" acidity typical of the 2010 growing season, balanced by a creamy mouthfeel. You’ll find flavors of red apple and tart berries evolving into a long, savory finish with mineral undertones.
