Description

I have struggled to find tasting notes but average score on Winesearcher is 92/100 - below are some Cellartracker notes:

9/3/2017 - BRETT E LIKES THIS WINE: 94 Points
Beautiful drinking. Spice, little bit of earth, plum. Decanted 4 hours, plenty of sediment. Tannins still there, but softening nicely. No sign of brown on the edges yet. Still years ahead of this one.

1/9/2010 - ROBERTEK WROTE: 92 Points
Barossa Valley - Penfolds, Yalumba and Torbreck (B+R): Second wine of the night for me. This is still young and will develop significantly but has great potential. It stuck out in the flight thanks to a great and intruiging nose.

10/26/2009 - YIANNIS WROTE: 93 Points
Very dark purple. Ripe cherries, chocolate, blackberries and sweet oak. Very youthful but already showing its class. Great structure and balance, persistent finish. To cellar for at least 5 years.
