With grapes selected and handled by Colin-Morey himself, the wine is produced with minimal intervention—no batonnage, gentle filtration, and aged 14–18 months in lightly burnt, used oak barrels to preserve purity and terroir expression .

On the nose, expect delicate floral notes—white blossoms and airy florals—leading to a palate that balances creamy texture with vibrant minerality and subtle caramel undertones. The finish glides with juicy freshness and refined bitterness.
