Description

Perhaps my favourite Nobile; I've been drinking it regularly since the 97 vintage. It is always very classy and this vintage is no exception.
From a case of six released from bond last year and now stored in my cool, humidity controlled cellar.

"Dark-cherry aromas with nutmeg and flowers follow through to a full body with firm, linear tannins that are polished and beautiful at the end. Succulent and attractive now, but will age nicely." James Suckling

"The 2018 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Asinone shows the more delicate side of this cru. Crushed rose petal, red cherry, mint, leather and dried herbs are all very nicely lifted.
