Description

Organoleptic examination: pale straw-yellow color tending to greenish, limpid with a notable perlage. Intense and persistent, fruity bouquet reminiscent of ripe golden apple and acacia flowers. In the mouth it is sweetish and fresh, pleasantly slender and light in alcohol, very soft and very stable, with good persistence and a fruity finish.

Grapes: Prosecco with small quantities of Verdiso and Perera

Vineyard of origin: on the slopes of the first Dolomite spurs, in the northern part of the province of Treviso

Breeding: modified cappuccina

Year of planting: 1960

Yield per hectare: 135 q / ha Soil: medium dough, calcareous

Harvest: manual in box with selection in the vineyard Vinification: white at a controlled temperature of 20C.

Maturation: for slow re-fermentation in large closed steel containers at a controlled temperature between 12 and 14C. Aging: in glass with a pressure of 5 atm in the bottle.
