Jancis Robinson gives this 19/20:

"Paul Draper: 2012 was unusual – accelerated harvest. Picked the whole crop in 11 days instead of more than 40 days. Had to pick quickly to avoid overripeness. Average alcohol for last 15 years is 13.2%. 2012 is 13.7%. There are 24 Monte Bello blocks. 17 went into this vintage. Very little Merlot in 2011 compared with 22% Merlot in 2012, 9% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot. Small berries though not as small as 2013. Vines up to 60 years, yields 1.25 tonnes. Exotic terrain formed thousands of miles from the area around it – formed near Indonesia. Limestone ridge overlaid with high-iron submarine volcanic soils. Just like Côte Brune. Dry farmed. Clear bright crimson. Intense and pure aroma of dark sweet peppery fruit, smells of small wild berries. Fabulous purity and refinement even now. Tannins are finest of fine but not yet silky. Juicy freshness and undemonstrative persistence. (JH) (Drink between 2017-2035)"
