Description

Bottle has been stored in the wine cellar at home. Still sealed.

The Taittinger Brut réserve cuvée is made from Chardonnay (40%), Pinot noir and Pinot meunier grown in over 35 crus. The grapes are harvested by hand once perfectly ripe. When the climat brings an exceptional harvest, and only then, Maison Taittinger produces a Brut Vintage cuvée. This champagne was matured for 3 to 4 years in the cellar to obtain beautiful, aromatic maturity. In the glass it has a straw yellow colour, bright with golden hints, and its bubbles are delicate with a discrete mousse. It is expressive on the nose, giving off fruity (peach), floral (acacia), brioche and vanilla notes. It has a lovely, fresh attack on the palate before softly expressing its flavours.
