Description

I am selling one Magnum (1.5L) bottle of this amazing Italian wine.

Merlot based, it has long been prized as one of Italy's top Merlots.

The 2013 was awarded 99 points by James Suckling, and scored in the mid- to high- 90s by many other respected reviewers.

My Magnum is untouched, and had always been stored impeccably. In the photographs, you will only see the wooden crate. This is because I had a dilemma: do I open the never-opened crate in order to post photos of the bottle, or you wine lovers please take my word for it, that it is not an empty box! In the end I went with the latter, as I really don't want to risk chipping the box on opening. And, I would have to be daft to try and sell an empty box!!

I will not re-print the endless praise and tasting notes for this wine, and a quick 'net search will return pages of glowing, rave reviews and notes.

A search will also show that a Magnum (1.5L) of the 2013 is now selling for £245-£260, sometimes more.
