containing two bottles of each of the following:

Vinsobres Guerin, Château de Rouanne -
A Spectacular Vinsobres made from a the classic GSM mix, and from limestone and clay soils at the base of the Rouanne hill. The vines average an age of 50 years and the cuvée has seen 12 month aging in demi-muids and Burgundy casks (15%new & 85% used).
In 2019, on its first year of ‘release’, Guérin offers an unusually styled Vinsobres with captivating characters. Its complex and charming nose of marzipan ushers in a palate showing mesmerising softness. Its very feminine elegance stands in sharp contrast to the powerful ‘Les Côtes’ or the majestic grandeur of ‘Rouanne et les Crottes’. Filled to the brim with glorious notes of Marzipan, wild blackberries, coal, violets, and an uplifting underlying salinity. Drink from 2024 to 2033.

Vinsobres Rouanne et Crottes, Château de Rouanne -
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. The soils are impeccably balanced – the gradient provides good drainage; the gentle nature of the slope prevents organic matter from drying out; the proportions of the clay are perfect; and there is sufficient limestone to produce finesse.The wines display unrivalled majesty and a breadth and depth that does not prevent the verticality of the limestone and the freshness of the salinity from shining through. Its captivating nose of gingerbread and stewed strawberry fully reflects the nobility that can gush forth from a stellar wine in the finest vintages in the Southern Rhone. Drink from 2024 to 2033.
